Mangoedi Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black female-owned and managed South African investment and operational holding company with strategic interests in building and civil construction, property investment and development, facilities management, and mining supply. The Group was established to drive transformation, innovation, and inclusive growth across sectors that are fundamental to South Africa’s economic development.
Operating as the parent company, Mangoedi Group Holdings executes its projects and business operations through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), namely Mangoedi Products and Project Developer (Pty) Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group. This structure ensures focused operational management, compliance, and scalability while allowing the Group to diversify its portfolio and optimize its investment performance.

Meet Our Team

Mangoedi Edith Kgathi
Managing Director
Mrs. Kgathi has years of experience in business management from as early as 1990’s having dabbled in trade, and manufacturing of cleaning chemicals. She holds a B.A and B.A Honours Degree and has successfully completed over 10000 RDP units awarded by the Department of Local Government over a period spanning 20 years. She has played a meaningful role in uplifting communities within which her company operated by employing local residents along side her teams.
She has further donated houses in Maruleng (Lepelle-Nkumpi), Tzaneen Ga Mogoboga in Greater Tzaneen municipality, Mogalakwena municipality (Moshate , Ga-Madiba) to name a few.

Ngoako Bosch
Business Development & Stakeholder Relations Director
Ngoako Bosch is a seasoned businesswoman and MBA graduate appointed to oversee strategic marketing, governance, and administrative compliance at the organization. She has managed and held shares in over ten entities across construction, property investment, travel, hospitality, events management, and tourism. An active mentor and member of the Businesswomen’s Association of
South Africa (BWASA), Ngoako also holds memberships with the Black Management Forum, Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA), and several tourism associations. She has served as a Non-Executive Director for multiple government agencies, including Polokwane Housing Association (Chairperson, Finance & HR Committees) and a LEDA subsidiary (Chair, Social & Ethics Committee). With a solid background in corporate governance and entrepreneurship, Ngoako currently serves as the Accounting Officer and Managing Director of Mangoedi Products and Projects Developer
